Hakim added; I said to Allah Messenger ﷺ ; By Him Allah Who sent you with the Truth; I shall never accept anything from anybody after you; till I leave this world. 4. Narrated Abu Saeed AlKhudri: Some Ansari persons asked for something from Allah Messenger ﷺ ﷺ and he gave them. They again asked him for something and he again gave them. And then they asked him and he gave them again till all that was with him finished. And then he said If I had anything. I would not keep it away from you. Remember Whoever abstains from asking others; Allah will make him contented; and whoever tries to make himself self-sufficient; Allah will make him self-sufficient. 6. Narrated Abu Huraira The Prophet ﷺ said; A man from Bani Israel asked someone from Bani Israel to give him a loan of one thousand Dinars and the later gave it to him. The debtor went on a voyage when the time for the payment of the debt became due but he did not find a boat; so he took a piece of wood and bored it and put 1000 diners in it and threw it into the sea.
