He said; Why didnt you marry a young girl so that you may play with her and she with you? SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3632Narrated Jabir: I was with Allah Messenger ﷺ in a Ghazwa; and when we returned; I wanted to hurry; while riding a slow camel. A rider came behind me. I looked back and saw that the rider was Allah Messenger ﷺ. He said to me ; What makes you in such a hurry? I replied; I am newly married. He said; Did you marry a virgin or a matron? I replied; Not a virgin but a matron. He said; Why didnt you marry a young girl with whom you could play and who could play with you? Then when we approached Medina and were going to enter it ; the Prophet ﷺ said; Wait till you enter your homes at night in the first part of the night so that the ladies with unkempt hair may comb their hair; and those whose husbands have been absent for a long time may shave their pubic hair. The sub-narrator; Hashim said: A reliable narrator told me that the Prophet ﷺ added in this Hadith: Seek to beget children! Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew again and my mother; Um Ruman; came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me; and I went to her; not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then; and when my breathing became Allright; she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said; Best wishes and Allah Blessing and a good luck. Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me for the marriage. Divine Inspiration was revealed to him when he was forty years old. He stayed ten years in Mecca receiving the Divine Inspiration; and stayed in Medina for ten more years. Allah will say: Bring out the people of the fire. Adam will say: O Allah! How many are the people of the Fire? Allah will reply: From every one thousand; take out nine-hundred-and ninety-nine. At that time children will become hoary headed; every pregnant female will have a miscarriage; and one will see mankind as drunken; yet they will not be drunken; but dreadful will be the Wrath of Allah. The companions of the Prophet ﷺ asked; O Allah Apostle! Who is that excepted one? He said; Rejoice with glad tidings; one person will be from you and one-thousand will be from Gog and Magog. The Prophet ﷺ further said; By Him in Whose Hands my life is; hope that you will be one-fourth of the people of Paradise. We shouted; Allahu Akbar! He added; I hope that you will be one-third of the people of Paradise. We shouted; Allahu Akbar! He said; I hope that you will be half of the people of Paradise. We shouted; Allahu Akbar!
