Be not like the Unbelievers, who say of their brethren, when they are travelling through the Earth or engaged in fighting: "If they had stayed with us, they would not have died, or been slain." This that Allah may make it a cause of sighs and regrets in their hearts. It is Allah that gives Life and Death, and Allah sees well all that ye do.

But Allah is witness that they are indeed liars.

And if Allah had wished, He could have put you into difficulties: He is indeed Exalted in Power, Wise."

Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided.

Now hath come unto you a clear (Sign) from your Lord! Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order: that will be best for you, if ye have Faith.

We asked him about that i.e. how both were wearing similar cloaks. He replied; Once I abused a man and he complained of me to the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ asked me; Did you abuse him by slighting his mother? He added; Your slaves are your brethren upon whom Allah has given you authority. So; if one has one brethren under one control; one should feed them with the like of what one eats and clothe them with the like of what one wears. You should not overburden them with what they cannot bear; and if you do so; help them in their hard job. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5086		Narrated Abu Huraira: The people say that Abu Huraira narrates too many narrations. In fact Allah knows whether I say the truth or not. They also ask; Why do the emigrants and the Ansar not narrate as he does? In fact; my emigrant brethren were busy trading in the markets; and my Ansar brethren were busy with their properties. I was a poor man keeping the company of Allah Messenger ﷺ and was satisfied with what filled my stomach. So; I used to be present while they i.e. the emigrants and the Ansar were absent; and I used to remember while they forgot the Hadith. One day the Prophet ﷺ said; Whoever spreads his sheet till I finish this statement of mine and then gathers it on his chest; will never forget anything of my statement. So; I spread my covering sheet which was the only garment I had; till the Prophet ﷺ finished his statement and then I gathered it over my chest. By Him Who had sent him i.e. Allah Apostle with the truth; since then I did not forget even a single word of that statement of his; until this day of mine. By Allah; but for two verses in Allah Book; I would never have related any narration from the Prophet. These two verses are : Verily! SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-24900		Aisha wife of the Prophet ﷺ and Umm Salamah said Abu Hudaifah Bin Utbah Bin Rabiah Bin Abd Shams adopted Salim as his son and married him to his niece Hind; daughter of AlWalid Bin Utbah Bin Rabiah. He Salim was the freed slave of a woman from the Ansar the Helpers as the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ adopted Zaid as his son. In pre Islamic days when anyone adopted a man as his son; the people called him by his name and he was given a share from his inheritance. Allaah; the Exalted; revealed about this matter Call them by the name of their fathers; that is juster in the sight of Allaah. And if ye know not their fathers; then they are your brethren in the faith and your clients. They were then called by their names of their fathers. A man; whose father was not known; remained under the protection of someone and considered brother in faith. Sahlah daughter of Suhail Bin Amr AlQuraishi then came and said Apostle of Allaah ﷺ ; we used to consider Salim our son. He dwelled with me and Abu Hudhaifah in the same house; and he saw me in the short clothes; but Allaah the Exalted; has revealed about them what you know; then what is your opinion about him? The Prophet ﷺ said give him your breast feed. She gave him five breast feeds. He then became like her foster son. Hence; Aisha may Allaah be pleased with her used to ask the daughters of her sisters and the daughters of her brethren to give him breast feed five times; whom Aisha wanted to see and who wanted to visit her. Though he might be of age; he then visited her. But Umm Salamah and all other wives of the Prophet ﷺ refused to allow anyone to visit them on the basis of such breast feeding unless one was given breast feed during infancy. They told Aisha by Allaah we do not know whether that was a special concession granted by the Prophet ﷺ to Salim exclusive of the people. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-25708		Narrated Rabiah Ibn AlHudayr: Rabiah Ibn AlHudayr said: I did not hear Talha h Ibn Ubaydullah narrating any tradition from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ except one tradition. I Rabiah Ibn Abu Abdulrahman asked: What is that? He said: We went out along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who was going to visit the graves of the martyrs. When we ascended Harrah Waqim; and then descended from it; we found there some graves at the turning of the valley. We asked: Messenger of Allah; are these the graves of our brethren? He replied: Graves of our companions. When we came to the graves of martyrs; he said: These are the graves of our brethren. Then when they experienced the sweetness of their food; drink and rest; they asked: Who will tell our brethren about us that we are alive in Paradise provided with provision; in order that they might not be disinterested in jihad and recoil in war? Allah Most High said: I shall tell them about you; so Allah sent down; And do not consider those who have been killed in Allah path. till the end of the verse.
