SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3484Narrated Urwa: that he asked Aisha regarding the Verse: If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans 4.3 She said; O my nephew! This Verse refers to the orphan girl who is under the guardianship of her guardian who likes her beauty and wealth and wishes to marry her and curtails her Mahr. Such guardians have been forbidden to marry them unless they do justice by giving them their full Mahr; and they have been ordered to marry other than them. The people asked for the verdict of Allah Messenger ﷺ after that; so Allah revealed: They ask your instruction concerning the women... whom you desire to marry. 4.127 So Allah revealed to them that if the orphan girl had beauty and wealth; they desired to marry her and for her family status. They can only marry them if they give them their full Mahr. And if they had no desire to marry them because of their lack of wealth and beauty; they would leave them and marry other women. So; as they used to leave them; when they had no interest; in them; they were forbidden to marry them when they had such interest; unless they treated them justly and gave them their full Mahr Apostle said; If at all there is evil omen; it is in the horse; the woman and the house. a lady is to be warded off. And the Statement of Allah: Truly; among your wives and your children; there are enemies for you i.e may stop you from the obedience of Allah 64.14The Chapter on Contracts And Disputes And Orphans in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The marriage of a poor man with a wel Altodo lady in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3530Narrated Urwa Bin AlZubair: that he asked Aisha; saying to her; O Mother! In what connection was this Verse revealed : If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with orphan girls to the end of the verse that your right hands possess? 4.3 Aisha said; O my nephew! It was about the female orphan under the protection of her guardian who was interested in her beauty and wealth and wanted to marry her with a little or reduced Mahr. So such guardians were forbidden to marry female orphans unless they deal with them justly and give their full Mahr; and they were ordered to marry women other than them.Aisha added; Later the people asked Allah Messenger ﷺ ; for instructions; and then Allah revealed: They ask your instruction concerning the women... And yet whom you desire to marry. 4.127 So Allah revealed to them in this Verse that-if a female orphan had wealth and beauty; they desired to marry her and were interested in her noble descent and the reduction of her Mahr; but if she was not desired by them because of her lack in fortune and beauty they left her and married some other woman. So; as they used to leave her when they had no interest in her; they had no right to marry her if they had the desire to do so; unless they deal justly with her and gave her a full amount of Mahr. The Chapter on Contracts And Disputes And Orphans in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The giving of an orphan girl in marriage in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4947Narrated Urwa Bin AlZubair: That he had asked Aisha about the meaning of the Statement of Allah: If you fear that you shall not Be able to deal justly With the orphan girls; then Marry Other women of your choice Two or three or four. 4.3 She said; O my nephew! This is about the orphan girl who lives with her guardian and shares his property. Her wealth and beauty may tempt him to marry her without giving her an adequate Mahr bridal-money which might have been given by another suitor. So; such guardians were forbidden to marry such orphan girls unless they treated them justly and gave them the most suitable Mahr; otherwise they were ordered to marry any other woman. Aisha further said; After that verse the people again asked the Prophet about the marriage with orphan girls ; so Allah revealed the following verses:- They ask your instruction Concerning the women. Say: Allah Instructs you about them And about what is Recited unto you In the Book; concerning The orphan girls to whom You give not the prescribed portions and yet whom you Desire to marry... 4.127 What is meant by Allah Saying:- And about what is Recited unto you is the former verse which goes:- If you fear that you shall not Be able to deal justly With the orphan girls; then Marry other women of your choice. 4.3 Aisha said; Allah saying in the other verse:-Yet whom you desire to marry 4.127 means the desire of the guardian to marry an orphan girl under his supervision when she has not much property or beauty in which case he should treat her justly. The guardians were forbidden to marry their orphan girls possessing property and beauty without being just to them; as they generally refrain from marrying them when they are neither beautiful nor wealthy. The Chapter on Contracts And Disputes And Orphans in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The partnership of orphans and inheritors in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5014Narrated Abdullah Bin Umar: I heard Allah Messenger ﷺ saying; Three men from among those who were before you; set out together till they reached a cave at night and entered it. A big rock rolled down the mountain and closed the mouth of the cave. They said to each other ; Nothing could save you from this rock but to invoke Allah by giving reference to the righteous deed which you have done for Allah sake only. So; one of them said; O Allah! I had old parents and I never provided my family wife; children etc. with milk before them. One day; by chance I was delayed; and I came late at night while they had slept. I milked the sheep for them and took the milk to them; but I found them sleeping. I disliked to provide my family with the milk before them. I waited for them and the bowl of milk was in my hand and I kept on waiting for them to get up till the day dawned. Then they got up and drank the milk. O Allah! If I did that for Your Sake only; please relieve us from our critical situation caused by this rock. So; the rock shifted a little but they could not get out. The Prophet ﷺ added; The second man said; O Allah! I had a cousin who was the dearest of all people to me and I wanted to have sexual relations with her but she refused. Later she had a hard time in a famine year and she came to me and I gave her one-hundred-and-twenty Dinars on the condition that she would not resist my desire; and she agreed. When I was about to fulfill my desire; she said: It is illegal for you to outrage my chastity except by legitimate marriage. So; I thought it a sin to have sexual intercourse with her and left her though she was the dearest of all the people to me; and also I left the gold I had given her. O Allah! If I did that for Your Sake only; please relieve us from the present calamity. So; the rock shifted a little more but still they could not get out from there. The Prophet ﷺ added; Then the third man said; O Allah! I employed few laborers and I paid them their wages with the exception of one man who did not take his wages and went away. I invested his wages and I got much property thereby. Then after some time he came and said to me: O Allah slave! Pay me my wages. I said to him: All the camels; cows; sheep and slaves you see; are yours. He said: O Allah slave! Dont mock at me. I said: I am not mocking at you. So; he took all the herd and drove them away and left nothing. O Allah! If I did that for Your Sake only; please relieve us from the present suffering. So; that rock shifted completely and they got out walking. The Chapter on Fasting And Drinks in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The labourer left the wages and went away in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5484Narrated Ibn Umar: The Prophet ﷺ said; While three persons were walking; rain began to fall and they had to enter a cave in a mountain. A big rock rolled over and blocked the mouth of the cave. They said to each other; Invoke Allah with the best deed you have performed so Allah might remove the rock. One of them said; O Allah! My parents were old and I used to go out for grazing my animals. On my return I would milk the animals and take the milk in a vessel to my parents to drink. After they had drunk from it; I would give it to my children; family and wife. One day I was delayed and on my return I found my parents sleeping; and I disliked to wake them up. The children were crying at my feet because of hunger. That state of affairs continued till it was dawn. O Allah! If You regard that I did it for Your sake; then please remove this rock so that we may see the sky. So; the rock was moved a bit. The second said; O Allah! You know that I was in love with a cousin of mine; like the deepest love a man may have for a woman; and she told me that I would not get my desire fulfilled unless I paid her one-hundred Dinars gold pieces. So; I struggled for it till I gathered the desired amount; and when I sat in between her legs; she told me to be afraid of Allah; and asked me not to deflower her except rightfully by marriage. So; I got up and left her. O Allah! If You regard that I did if for Your sake; kindly remove this rock. So; two-thirds of the rock was removed. Then the third man said; O Allah! No doubt You know that once I employed a worker for one Faraq three Sas of millet; and when I wanted to pay him; he refused to take it; so I sowed it and from its yield I bought cows and a shepherd. After a time that man came and demanded his money. I said to him: Go to those cows and the shepherd and take them for they are for you. He asked me whether I was joking with him. I told him that I was not joking with him; and all that belonged to him. O Allah! If You regard that I did it sincerely for Your sake; then please remove the rock. So; the rock was removed completely from the mouth of the cave. The Chapter on Rain And Clouds And Mountains in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If somebody buys something for another without his permission and the latter accepts it in Sahih AlBukhari

Safiya got her menses and the Prophets desired from her what a husband desires from his wife. I said to him; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! She is having her menses. He said; Is she going to detain us? SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6888Narrated Urwa Bin AlZubair: That he asked Aisha regarding the Statement of Allah: If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls... 4.3 She said; O son of my sister! An Orphan girl used to be under the care of a guardian with whom she shared property. Her guardian; being attracted by her wealth and beauty; would intend to marry her without giving her a just Mahr; i.e. the same Mahr as any other person might give her in case he married her. So such guardians were forbidden to do that unless they did justice to their female wards and gave them the highest Mahr their peers might get. They were ordered by Allah; to marry women of their choice other than those orphan girls. Aisha added; The people asked Allah Messenger ﷺ his instructions after the revelation of this Divine Verse whereupon Allah revealed: They ask your instruction regarding women 4.127 Aisha further said; And the Statement of Allah: And yet whom you desire to marry. 4.127 as anyone of you refrains from marrying an orphan girl under his guardianship when she is lacking in property and beauty. Aisha added; So they were forbidden to marry those orphan girls for whose wealth and beauty they had a desire unless with justice; and that was because they would refrain from marrying them if they were lacking in property and beauty. The Chapter on Contracts And Disputes And Orphans in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Prophetic Commentary on the Quran Tafseer of the Prophet in Sahih AlBukhari

It would be said to him: Do you recall the time when you were in it in the Hell ? He would say: Yes. It would be said to him: Express any desire. And he would express the desire. SahihMuslim-017-001-20792Kharasha Bin Hurr reported: I was sitting in a circle in the Masjid of Medina and there was an old man; quite handsome. He was Abdullah Bin Salim. He was telling good things to them to the people sitting in that company. As he stood up to depart the people said: He who is desirous of looking at a person from amongst the people of Paradise should see him. I said: By Allah; I will follow him; and would try to know his residence. So I followed him and he walked on until he reached the outskirts of Medina. He then entered his house. I sought permission from him to get in; and he granted me the permission; saying: My nephew; what is the need that has brought you here ? I said to him: As you stood up; I heard people say about you: He who is desirous of seeing a person from among the people of Paradise should look at him. So I became desirous of accompanying you. He Abdullah Bin Salim said: It is Allah Who knows best about the people of Paradise. I would; however; narrate to you as to why they said like it. The story is that while I was asleep one night there came to me a person in the dream who asked me to stand up. So I stood up and he caught hold of my hand and I walked along with him; and; lo; I found some paths on my left and I was about to set out upon them. Thereupon he said to me Do not set yourself on them for these are the paths of the leftists denizens of Hell-fire. Then there were paths leading to the right side; whereupon he said: Set yourself on these paths. We came across a hill and he said to me: Climb up; and I attempted to climb up that I fell upon my buttocks. I made several attempts but failed to succeed. He led until he came to a pillar so high that its upper end touched the sky and its base was in the earth. And there was a handhold at its upper end. He said to me Climb over it. I said: How can I climb upon it; as its upper end touches the sky? He cought hold of my hand and pushed me up and I found myself suspended with the handhold. SunanAlNasai-017-001-14551Urwah Bin AlZubair narrated that he asked Aisha about the saying of Allah; the Mighty and Sublime: And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls then marry other women of your choice. She said: O son of my sister; this refers to a female orphan who is in the care of her guardian; and her wealth is joined to his; and he is attracted to her wealth and her beauty. So her guardian wants to marry her without being fair with regard to her dowry; and without giving her what someone else would give her. So they were forbidden to marry them unless they were fair to them and gave them the highest possible dowry that is customarily given; and they were commanded to marry other women of their choice. Urwah said: Aisha said: Then later on; Allah; the Mighty and Sublime; revealed concerning them: They ask your legal instruction concerning women; say: Allah instructs you about them; and about what is recited unto you in the Book concerning the orphan girls whom you give not the prescribed portions and yet whom you desire to marry. Aisha said: What Allah; Most High; mentioned here that is recited in the Book is the first Verse in which it says: And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with orphan girls then marry other women of your choice. Aisha said: What is referred to in the other Verse -and yet whom you desire to marry- is the desire of one of you not to marry orphan girl who is under his care if she is lacking in wealth and beauty. A free loan which you lend by which you desire the pleasure of your companion; so you have the pleasure of your companion; and a free loan which you lend by which you take what is impure by what is pure; and that is usury. He said; What do you order me to do; Abu Abdulrahman He said; I think that you should tear up the agreement. If he gives you the like of what you lent him; accept it.
