SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6819		Narrated Anas: That his aunt; AlRubai broke an incisor tooth of a girl. My aunt family requested the girl relatives for forgiveness but they refused; then they proposed a compensation; but they refused. Then they went to Allah Messenger ﷺ and refused everything except AlQisas i.e. equality in punishment. So Allah Apostle passed the judgment of AlQisas i.e. equality of punishment. Anas Bin AlNadr said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Will the incisor tooth of AlRubai be broken? No; by Him Who sent you with the Truth; her incisor tooth will not be broken. Allah Messenger ﷺ said; O Anas! The prescribed law of Allah is equality in punishment i.e. AlQisas. Thereupon those people became satisfied and forgave her. Then Allah Messenger ﷺ said; Among Allah Worshippers there are some who; if they took Allah Oath for something ; Allah fulfill their oaths. SunanAlNasai-017-001-12075		It was narrated that Anas said: AlRubai broke the front tooth of a girls; and they asked them her people to forgive her; but they refused. They offered them blood money; but they refused. Then they went to the Prophet and he decreed relation. Anas Bin AlNadr said: O Messenger of Allah; will you break the front tooth of AlRubai? No; by the One Who sent you with the truth; it will not be broken! He said: O Anas; what Allah has decreed is retaliation. But the people agreed to forgive her. He the Prophet said: There are among the slaves of Allah who; if they swear by Allah; Allah fulfills their oath.
