He withholds the sky (rain) from failing on the earth except by His leave: for Allah is Most Kind and Most Merciful to man. |

And He sends down from the sky mountain masses (of clouds) wherein is hail: He strikes therewith whom He pleases and He turns it away from whom He pleases, the vivid flash of His lightning well-nigh blinds the sight. |

So Glory to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds! |

Yea, with it We cause to grow well-planted orchards full of beauty of delight: it is not in your power to cause the growth of the trees in them. (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Nay, they are a people who swerve from justice. |
