But Allah is witness that they are indeed liars. |

Among you are some that hanker after this world and some that desire the Hereafter. Then did He divert you from your foes in order to test you but He forgave you: For Allah is full of grace to those who believe. |

To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do. |

If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands, Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful. |

| Surat AlNahl Ayah 32 | 0.25 | الَّذِينَ تَتَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ طَيِّبِينَ يَقُولُونَ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمُ ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | (Namely) those whose lives the angels take in a state of purity, saying (to them), "Peace be on you; enter ye the Garden, because of (the good) which ye did (in the world)." |
| Surat AlNahl Ayah 93 | 0.55 | وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَكِنْ يُضِلُّ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَلَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | If Allah so willed, He could make you all one people: But He leaves straying whom He pleases, and He guides whom He pleases: but ye shall certainly be called to account for all your actions. |
| Surat AlNajm Ayah 24 | أَمْ لِلْإِنْسَانِ مَا تَمَنَّى | Nay, shall man have (just) anything he hankers after? | |

| Surat AlNajm Ayah 51 | وَثَمُودَ فَمَا أَبْقَى | And the Thamud nor gave them a lease of perpetual life. | |
| Surat AlNajm Ayah 57 | أَزِفَتِ الْآزِفَةُ | The (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh: | |
| Surat AlNaml Ayah 14 | -0.77 | وَجَحَدُوا بِهَا وَاسْتَيْقَنَتْهَا أَنْفُسُهُمْ ظُلْمًا وَعُلُوًّا فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ | And they rejected those Signs in iniquity and arrogance, though their souls were convinced thereof: so see what was the end of those who acted corruptly! |
| Surat AlNaml Ayah 18 | -0.24 | حَتَّى إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَى وَادِ النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | At length, when they came to a (lowly) valley of ants, one of the ants said: "O ye ants, get into your habitations, lest Solomon and his hosts crush you (under foot) without knowing it." |
| Surat AlNaml Ayah 86 | أَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا جَعَلْنَا اللَّيْلَ لِيَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ | See they not that We have made the Night for them to rest in and the Day to give them light? Verily in this are Signs for any people that believe! | |
| Surat AlNaziat Ayah 32 | وَالْجِبَالَ أَرْسَاهَا | And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- | |
| Surat AlNisa Ayah 53 | أَمْ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِنَ الْمُلْكِ فَإِذًا لَا يُؤْتُونَ النَّاسَ نَقِيرًا | Have they a share in dominion or power? Behold, they give not a farthing to their fellow-men? | |
| Surat AlNisa Ayah 78 | -0.027 | أَيْنَمَا تَكُونُوا يُدْرِكْكُمُ الْمَوْتُ وَلَوْ كُنْتُمْ فِي بُرُوجٍ مُشَيَّدَةٍ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ حَسَنَةٌ يَقُولُوا هَذِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَقُولُوا هَذِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ قُلْ كُلٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ فَمَالِ هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ لَا يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ حَدِيثًا | "Wherever ye are, death will find you out, even if ye are in towers built up strong and high!" If some good befalls them, they say, "This is from Allah"; but if evil, they say, "This is from thee" (O Prophet). Say: "All things are from Allah." But what hath come to these people, that they fail to understand a single fact? |
| Surat AlNisa Ayah 87 | 0.23 | اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حَدِيثًا | Allah! There is no god but He: of a surety He will gather you together against the Day of Judgment, about which there is no doubt. And whose word can be truer than Allah's? |
| Surat AlNisa Ayah 89 | -0.26 | وَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُوا فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاءً فَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ حَتَّى يُهَاجِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمْ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا | They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks;- |

Verily I am Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.... |
| Surat AlQasas Ayah 57 | 0.23 | وَقَالُوا إِنْ نَتَّبِعِ الْهُدَى مَعَكَ نُتَخَطَّفْ مِنْ أَرْضِنَا أَوَلَمْ نُمَكِّنْ لَهُمْ حَرَمًا آمِنًا يُجْبَى إِلَيْهِ ثَمَرَاتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ رِزْقًا مِنْ لَدُنَّا وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ | They say: "If we were to follow the guidance with thee, we should be snatched away from our land." Have We not established for them a secure sanctuary, to which are brought as tribute fruits of all kinds, - a provision from Ourselves? but most of them understand not. |
| Surat AlQasas Ayah 80 | 0.87 | وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَيْلَكُمْ ثَوَابُ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ لِمَنْ آمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا وَلَا يُلَقَّاهَا إِلَّا الصَّابِرُونَ | But those who had been granted (true) knowledge said: "Alas for you! The reward of Allah (in the Hereafter) is best for those who believe and work righteousness: but this none shall attain, save those who steadfastly persevere (in good)." |
| Surat AlQiyamah Ayah 14 | بَلِ الْإِنْسَانُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ | Nay, man will be evidence against himself, | |

| Surat AlRahman Ayah 37 | فَإِذَا انْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ | When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment: | |

| Surat AlRum Ayah 13 | -0.27 | وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ مِنْ شُرَكَائِهِمْ شُفَعَاءُ وَكَانُوا بِشُرَكَائِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ | No intercessor will they have among their "Partners" and they will (themselves) reject their "Partners". |
| Surat AlRum Ayah 42 | قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُشْرِكِينَ | Say: "Travel through the earth and see what was the end of those before (you): Most of them worshipped others besides Allah." | |
| Surat AlRum Ayah 51 | -0.24 | وَلَئِنْ أَرْسَلْنَا رِيحًا فَرَأَوْهُ مُصْفَرًّا لَظَلُّوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَكْفُرُونَ | And if We (but) send a Wind from which they see (their tilth) turn yellow, - behold, they become, thereafter, Ungrateful (Unbelievers)! |
| Surat AlSaaff Ayah 4 | 0.63 | إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ | Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure. |
| Surat AlSaffat Ayah 118 | وَهَدَيْنَاهُمَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ | And We guided them to the Straight Way. | |
| Surat AlSaffat Ayah 137 | وَإِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ مُصْبِحِينَ | Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- | |

| Surat AlShura Ayah 15 | 0.39 | فَلِذَلِكَ فَادْعُ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَقُلْ آمَنْتُ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ كِتَابٍ وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَعْدِلَ بَيْنَكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ لَا حُجَّةَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ اللَّهُ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ | Now then, for that (reason), call (them to the Faith), and stand steadfast as thou art commanded, nor follow thou their vain desires; but say: "I believe in the Book which Allah has sent down; and I am commanded to judge justly between you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord: for us (is the responsibility for) our deeds, and for you for your deeds. There is no contention between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is (our) Final Goal. |
| Surat AlTakwir Ayah 12 | -0.33 | وَإِذَا الْجَحِيمُ سُعِّرَتْ | When the Blazing Fire is kindled to fierce heat; |
| Surat AlTariq Ayah 4 | إِنْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ | There is no soul but has a protector over it. | |
| Surat AlTaubah Ayah 119 | -0.33 | يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ | O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with those who are true (in word and deed). |
| Surat AlTaubah Ayah 36 | 0.24 | إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ذَلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا فِيهِنَّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَقَاتِلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَافَّةً كَمَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ كَافَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ | The number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve (in a year)- so ordained by Him the day He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are sacred: that is the straight usage. So wrong not yourselves therein, and fight the Pagans all together as they fight you all together. But know that Allah is with those who restrain themselves. |
| Surat AlTaubah Ayah 38 | 0.18 | يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ | O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter. |
| Surat AlTaubah Ayah 57 | -0.4 | لَوْ يَجِدُونَ مَلْجَأً أَوْ مَغَارَاتٍ أَوْ مُدَّخَلًا لَوَلَّوْا إِلَيْهِ وَهُمْ يَجْمَحُونَ | If they could find a place to flee to, or caves, or a place of concealment, they would turn straightaway thereto, with an obstinate rush. |
| Surat AlTaubah Ayah 85 | -0.48 | وَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَأَوْلَادُهُمْ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ بِهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنْفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ | Nor let their wealth nor their (following in) sons dazzle thee: Allah's plan is to punish them with these things in this world, and that their souls may perish in their (very) denial of Allah. |
| Surat AlToor Ayah 10 | وَتَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا | And the mountains will fly hither and thither. | |
| Surat AlToor Ayah 30 | -0.35 | أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِهِ رَيْبَ الْمَنُونِ | Or do they say:- "A Poet! we await for him some calamity (hatched) by Time!" |
| Surat AlToor Ayah 35 | أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ | Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators? | |
| Surat AlToor Ayah 9 | -0.6 | يَوْمَ تَمُورُ السَّمَاءُ مَوْرًا | On the Day when the firmament will be in dreadful commotion. |
| Surat AlWaqiah Ayah 58 | أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا تُمْنُونَ | Do ye then see?- The (human Seed) that ye throw out, - | |
| Surat AlWaqiah Ayah 63 | أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا تَحْرُثُونَ | See ye the seed that ye sow in the ground? | |
| Surat AlWaqiah Ayah 73 | 0.47 | نَحْنُ جَعَلْنَاهَا تَذْكِرَةً وَمَتَاعًا لِلْمُقْوِينَ | We have made it a memorial (of Our handiwork), and an article of comfort and convenience for the denizens of deserts. |
| Surat AlWaqiah Ayah 75 | فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَاقِعِ النُّجُومِ | Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars, - | |
| Surat AlWaqiah Ayah 89 | فَرَوْحٌ وَرَيْحَانٌ وَجَنَّتُ نَعِيمٍ | (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. | |
| Surat AlZukhruf Ayah 3 | إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ | We have made it a Qur'an in Arabic, that ye may be able to understand (and learn wisdom). | |
| Surat AlZukhruf Ayah 60 | 0.23 | وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَجَعَلْنَا مِنْكُمْ مَلَائِكَةً فِي الْأَرْضِ يَخْلُفُونَ | And if it were Our Will, We could make angels from amongst you, succeeding each other on the earth. |

Let not Satan seduce you, in the same manner as He got your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a position where ye cannot see them: We made the evil ones friends (only) to those without faith. |

Or did ye desire that Wrath should descend from your Lord on you, and so ye broke your promise to me?" |

But We leave those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, in their trespasses, wandering in distraction to and fro. |
| Surat Yunus Ayah 16 | قُلْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا تَلَوْتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَا أَدْرَاكُمْ بِهِ فَقَدْ لَبِثْتُ فِيكُمْ عُمُرًا مِنْ قَبْلِهِ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ | Say: "If Allah had so willed, I should not have rehearsed it to you, nor would He have made it known to you. A whole life-time before this have I tarried amongst you: will ye not then understand?" | |

He said: "Ah there! Good news! Here is a (fine) young man!" So they concealed him as a treasure! But Allah knoweth well all that they do! |
| Surat Yusuf Ayah 24 | -0.13 | وَلَقَدْ هَمَّتْ بِهِ وَهَمَّ بِهَا لَوْلَا أَنْ رَأَى بُرْهَانَ رَبِّهِ كَذَلِكَ لِنَصْرِفَ عَنْهُ السُّوءَ وَالْفَحْشَاءَ إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُخْلَصِينَ | And (with passion) did she desire him, and he would have desired her, but that he saw the evidence of his Lord: thus (did We order) that We might turn away from him (all) evil and shameful deeds: for he was one of Our servants, sincere and purified. |
| Surat Yusuf Ayah 48 | -0.19 | ثُمَّ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ سَبْعٌ شِدَادٌ يَأْكُلْنَ مَا قَدَّمْتُمْ لَهُنَّ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِمَّا تُحْصِنُونَ | "Then will come after that (period) seven dreadful (years), which will devour what ye shall have laid by in advance for them, - (all) except a little which ye shall have (specially) guarded. |
