- So the Prophet said I give to one man and leave do not give another and the one to whom I do not give is dearer to me than the one to whom I give
- Narrated Abu Huraira The Prophet said Leave me as I leave you for the people who were before you were ruined because of their questions and their differences over their prophets
- Narrated Abu Huraira The Prophet said I am more closer to the believers than their own selves so whoever of them dies while being in debt and leaves nothing for its repayment then we are to pay his debts on his behalf and whoever among the believers dies leaving some property then that property is for his heirs
- Narrated Abu Huraira Allah Messenger said I am more closer to the believers than their ownselves so whoever among them dies leaving some inheritance his inheritance will be given to his Asaba and whoever dies leaving a debt or dependants or destitute children then I am their supporter
- I said O Allah Messenger I shall leave behind me a good fortune but my heir is my only daughter shall I bequeath two third of my property to be spent in charity and leave one third for my heir He said No
- I said Shall I bequeath one third and leave two thirds He said One third is alright though even one third is too much
- Narrated Abu Huraira A dead man in debt used to be brought to Allah Messenger who would ask Has he left anything to re pay his debts If he was informed that he had left something to cover his debts the Prophet would offer the funeral prayer for him otherwise he would say to the Muslims present there Offer the funeral prayer for your friend but when Allah helped the Prophet to gain victory on his expeditions he said I am closer to the Believers than themselves so
- Narrated Abdullah Bin AlZubair When AlZubair got up during the battle of AlJamal he called me and I stood up beside him and he said to me O my son Today one will be killed either as an oppressor or as an oppressed one
- AlZubair was martyred leaving no Dinar or Dirham but two pieces of land one of which was called AlGhaba and eleven houses in Medina two in Basra one in Kufa and one in Egypt
- AlZubair was never appointed governor or collector of the tax of Kharaj or any other similar thing but he collected his wealth from the war booty he gained during the holy battles he took part in in the company of the Prophet Abu Bakr Umar and Uthman
- The sub narrator added Hakim Bin Hizam met Abdullah Bin Zubair and asked O my nephew How much is the debt of my brother Abdullah kept it as a secret and said One hundred thousand Hakim said By Allah I dont think your property will cover it
- Muawiya asked At what price have you appraised AlGhaba He said One hundred thousand for each share Muawiya asked How many shares have been left Abdullah replied Four and a half shares
- AlZubair had four wives and after the one third of his property was excluded according to the will each of his wives received one million and two hundred thousand
- Narrated Abu Huraira Whenever a dead man in debt was brought to Allah Messenger he would ask Has he left anything to repay his debt If he was informed that he had left something to repay his debts he would offer his funeral prayer otherwise he would tell the Muslims to offer their friend funeral prayer
- But Allah saved all the heaps of dates so that when I looked at the heap where the Prophet had been sitting it seemed as if a single date had not been taken away thereof
- so if a believer dies leaves some property then his relatives will inherit that property but if he is in debt or he leaves poor children let those creditors and children come to me that I may pay the debt and provide for the children for them I am his sponsor surely
- Abdulrahman Bin Massuod Bin Niyar said Sahl Bin Abi Hathmah came to a gathering of ours and he narrated that the Messenger of Allah would say When you make an assessment then take it and leave a third if you do not leave a third then leave a quarter
- Ali narrated saying Whenever the Prophet would visit an ill person he would said O Allah make the harm go away Lord of mankind and heal him You are the Healer there is no healing except your healing a healing that does not leave any sickness adh hibi Albasa rabban nas washfi antash shafi la shifaa illa shifauka shifaan la yughadiru saqama
- Muhammad Bin Sulaim narrated Thabit AlBunani narrated to me he said to me O Muhammad when you suffer from some ailment then place your hand at the place of the ailment then say In the Name of Allah I seek refuge in Allahs might and power from the evil of this pain I feel Bismillah audhu bi izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu min wajai hadha
- He said A thief will come and say For this my hands were amputated A murderer will come and say For this I killed One who severed ties of kinship will come and say For this I severed the ties of kinship Then they will leave it without taking anything from it

- This Hadith is Gharib we do not know of it as a Hadith of Abu Bakr a narrator except from this Shaikh Yahya Bin Talhah He said I asked Muhammad Bin Ismail about this Hadith and he did not know it
- It was narrated that Umair Bin Salamah AlDamri said While we were traveling with the Prophet in part of Atmodesty selfrespect bashfulness scruple AlRawha and they were in Ihram we saw a wounded onager the Messenger of Allah said Leave it for soon the one who wounded it will come then a man from Bahz came and he was the one who had wounded the onager
- It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said There was a man who never did any good deed but he used to lend to people and he would say to this messenger Take what can be paid easily and leave what is difficult let them off and perhaps Allah the Mighty and Sublime said to him Did you ever do any good did He said No but I had a slave and I used to lend to people
- When I sent him to collect the debts I said to him Take what can he paid easily and leave what is difficult let them off and perhaps Allah will let us off
- Abu Hurairah said The prophet said A man used to lend to people but if he realized that someone was going through hardship he would say to his slave Let him off perhaps Allah the Most High will let us off
- It was narrated from Abdulrahman Bin Massuod Bin Niyar Sahl Bin Abi Hathmah came to us when we were in the market and said The Messenger of Allah said When you have estimated take two thirds of the portion you have estimated as zakat and leave one third and if you do not take two thirds or leave one third
- When it was the next year they his Companions said Should we do this year as we did daring the previous year Thereupon he said Dont do that for that was a year when the people were hard pressed on account of poverty
- Abu Saeed AlKhudri Allah be pleeased with him reported that in the time of Allah Messenger a man suffered loss in fruits he had bought and his debt increased so Allah Messenger told the people to give him charity and they gave him charity but that was not enough to pay the debt in full whereupon Allah Messenger said to his creditors Take what you find you will have nothing but alms
- Waki said This is how AlAmash has narrated and it was on this occasion that this verse was revealed Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our message and says I shall certainly be given wealth and children xix up to he would come to Us alone xix
- Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger as saying He who alleviates the suffering of a brother out of the sufferings of the world Allah would alleviate his suffering from the sufferings of the Day of Resurrection and he who finds relief for one who is hard pressed Allah would make things easy for him in the Hereafter and he who conceals the faults of a Muslim Allah would conceal his faults in the world and in the Hereafter
- Allah is at the back of a servant so long as the servant is at the back of his brother and he who treads the path in search of knowledge Allah would make that path easy leading to Paradise for him and those persons who assemble in the house among the houses of Allah mosques and recite the Book of Allah and they learn and teach the among themselves there would descend upon them tranquility and mercy would cover them and the angels would surround them and Allah mentions them in the presence of those near Him and he who is slow paced in doing good deeds his high lineage does not make him go ahead
- Anas Bin Malik reported to them his companions that Allah Messnger had granted concession to Abdulrahman Bin Anf and Zubair Bin Awam for the wearing of a silk shirt during the journey and because of itch which they both had or any other disease from which both of them had been suffering
- Thereupon Umar said Is there amongst us one from Qaran That person came and Umar said Verily Allah Messenger has said There would come to you a person from Yemen who would be called Uwais and he would leave none in Yemen behind him except his mother and he would have the whiteness due to leprosy and he supplicated Allah and it was cured except for the size of a dinar or dirham
- Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet said Nothing is more delighting to me than this that Uhud should be of gold for me and no dinar is left with me out of it before three nights pass except a dinar which I would set aside for the repayment of debt upon me

- Narrated Anas Ibn Malik A man said Messenger of Allah we were in an abode in which our numbers and our goods were many and changed to an abode in which our numbers and our goods became few
- Narrated Abdullah Ibn Massuod Zaynab the wife of Abdullah Ibn Massuod told that Abdullah said I heard the Messenger of Allah saying spells charms and love potions are polytheism
- Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah as saying when a fly alights in anyones vessel he should plunge it all in for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other is a cure
- Ibn AlMusaffa added from here If anyone is wounded in Allah path or suffers a misfortune it will come on the Day of resurrection as copious as possible its colour saffron and its odour musk and if anyone suffers from ulcers while in Allah path he will have on him the stamp of the martyrs

- He said to me Shall I not tell you something which ifyoudo it you will catch up with those who have surpassed you andyouwill excel over those who come after you Praise Allah by sayingAl Hamdu Lillah after every prayer and glorify Him by sayingSubhan Allah and extol Him by saying Allahu Akbar thirty three thirty three and thirty four times
- It wasnarrated that Anas Bin Malik said The Messenger of Allah said I start prayer and I want to make it long but then Ihearan infant crying so I make my prayer short because I know thedistress caused to the mother by his crying
- It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said Whoever learns about the stars he learns a branch of magic the more he learns of the former the more he learns of the latter
- Allah the Blessed the Exalted says and when he turns away he actsin the land Sura ayat and He the Exalted said and as forthe one who comes to you acting with fear Sura ayat and Hesaid then he turned his back and acted Sura ayat and Hesaid Your deeds are diverse Sura ayat
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih from hisfather from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah may Allah blesshim and grant him peace said If Allah loves a slave he says toJibril I love so and so so love him so Jibril loves him and thencalls out to the people of heaven Allah loves so and so so lovehim and the people of heaven love him and then acceptance is placedin the Earth for him
- They said Who are the very poor Messenger of Allah Hesaid People who do not find enough for themselves and other peopleare not aware of them to give sadaqa to them and they do not startbegging from other people
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Muslimibn Jundub from Aslam the mawla of Umar ibn al Khattab that Umar ibnal Khattab decided on a camel for a molar a camel for a collar bone and a camel for a rib
- Maliksaid When a man murders intentionally and there is a clear proof ofthat and the murdered man has sons and daughters and the sons pardonand the daughters refuse to pardon the pardon of the sons ispermitted in opposition to the daughters and there is no authority forthe daughters with the sons in demanding blood and pardoning
