#Narrated Aisha: as regards the Verse : And about what is recited unto you in the Book; concerning orphan girls to whom you give not the prescribed portions and yet; whom you desire to marry. 4.127 This Verse is about the female orphan who is under the guardianship of a man with whom she shares her property and he has more right over her than anybody else but does not like to marry her; so he prevents her; from marrying somebody else; lest he should share the property with him. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3518
#Narrated Aisha: In the lifetime of Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL SAWSYMBOL the sun eclipsed; so he led the people in prayer; and stood up and performed a long Qiyam; then bowed for a long while. He stood up again and performed a long Qiyam but this time the period of standing was shorter than the first. He bowed again for a long time but shorter than the first one; then he prostrated and prolonged the prostration. He did the same in the second raka as he did in the first and then finished the prayer; by then the sun eclipse had cleared. He delivered the Khutba sermon and after praising and glorifying Allah he said; The sun and the moon are two signs against the signs of Allah; they do not eclipse on the death or life of anyone. So when you see the eclipse; remember Allah and say Takbir; pray and give Sadaqa. The Prophet then said; O followers of Muhammad! By Allah! There is none who has more ghaira selfrespect than Allah as He has forbidden that His slaves; male or female commit adultery illegal sexual intercourse. O followers of Muhammad! By Allah! If you knew that which I know you would laugh little and weep much. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-134
#Narrated Aisha: The first of what the Messenger of Allah SAWSYMBOL initiated with of Prophethood; when Allah wanted to honor him and grant His mercy upon His creatures; was that he would not see anything in a dream except that it would occur like the break of dawn. So he continued upon that for as long as Allah willed for him to continue; and seclusion was made beloved to him; such that there was not anything more beloved to him than being alone. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-8778
#Narrated Aisha; wife of Prophet SAWSYMBOL : The Messenger of Allah SAWSYMBOL used to fast to such an extent that we thought that he would never break his fast; and he would go without fasting to such an extent that we thought he would never fast. I never saw the Messenger of Allah SAWSYMBOL fast a complete month except in Ramadan; and I never saw his fast more in any month than in Shaban. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-29481
#Narrated Aisha: Rarely did the Prophet SAWSYMBOL fail to visit Abu Bakr house everyday; either in the morning or in the evening. When the permission for migration to Medina was granted; all of a sudden the Prophet SAWSYMBOL came to us at noon and Abu Bakr was informed; who said; Certainly the Prophet SAWSYMBOL has come for some urgent matter. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL said to Abu Bark; when the latter entered Let nobody stay in your home. Abu Bakr said; O Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL ! There are only my two daughters namely Aisha and Asma present. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL said; I feel am informed that I have been granted the permission for migration. Abu Bakr said; I will accompany you; O Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL ! The Prophet SAWSYMBOL said; You will accompany me. Abu Bakr then said O Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL ! I have two camels I have prepared specially for migration; so I offer you one of them. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL said; I have accepted it on the condition that I will pay its price. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5412
#Narrated Aisha: That the Messenger of Allah SAWSYMBOL said: Every intoxicant is unlawful. Whatever a Faraq of it intoxicates; then a handful of it is unlawful.[Abu Eisa said:] One of them said in his Hadith: A sip of it is unlawful. He said: This Hadith isHassan AlLaith Bin Abi Sulaim and AlRabi Bin Sabih reported similar to the narration of Mahdi Bin Maimun from Abu Uthman AlAnsari. Abu Uthman AlAnsari a narrator in this chain name is Amr Bin Salim; and they say: Umar Bin Salim as well. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-10505
#Narrated Aisha: Abu Bakr asked the Prophet SAWSYMBOL to allow him to go out of Mecca when he was greatly annoyed by the infidels. But the Prophet SAWSYMBOL said to him; Wait. Abu Bakr said; O Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL ! Do you hope that you will be allowed to migrate ? Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL replied; I hope so. So Abu Bakr waited for him till one day Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL came at noon time and addressed him saying Let whoever is present with you; now leave you. Abu Bakr said; None is present but my two daughters. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL said; Have you noticed that I have been allowed to go out to migrate ? Abu Bakr said; O Allah Apostle; I would like to accompany you. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL said; You will accompany me. Abu Bakr said; O Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL ! I have got two camels which I had prepared and kept ready for our going out. So he gave one of the two camels to the Prophet SAWSYMBOL and it was AlJada. They both rode and proceeded till they reached the Cave at the mountain of Thaur where they hid themselves. Amir Bin Fuhaira was the slave of Abdullah Bin AlTufail Bin Sakhbara Aisha brother from her mother side. Abu Bakr had a milch camel. Amir used to go with it i.e. the milch camel in the afternoon and come back to them before noon by setting out towards them in the early morning when it was still dark and then he would take it to the pasture so that none of the shepherds would be aware of his job. When the Prophet and Abu Bakr went away from the Cave ; he i.e. Amir too went along with them and they both used to make him ride at the back of their camels in turns till they reached Medina. Amir Bin Fuhaira was martyred on the day of Bir Mauna. Narrated Urwa: When those Muslims at Bir Mauna were martyred and Amr Bin Umaiya AlDamri was taken prisoner; Amir Bin AlTufail; pointing at a killed person; asked Amr; Who is this? Amr Bin Umaiya said to him; He is Amir Bin Fuhaira. Amir Bin AlTufail said; I saw him lifted to the sky after he was killed till I saw the sky between him and the earth; and then he was brought down upon the earth. Then the news of the killed Muslims reached the Prophet SAWSYMBOL and he announced the news of their death saying; Your companions of Bir Mauna have been killed; and they have asked their Lord saying; O our Lord! Inform our brothers about us as we are pleased with You and You are pleased with us. So Allah informed them i.e. the Prophet SAWSYMBOL and his companions about them i.e. martyrs of Bir Mauna. On that day; Urwa Bin Asma Bin AlSalt who was one of them; was killed; and Urwa bin AlZubair was named after Urwa Bin Asma and Mundhir bin AlZubair was named after Mundhir Bin Amr who had also been martyred on that day. #Narrated Aisha: the mother of the faithful believers The commencement of the Divine Inspiration to Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL was in the form of good dreams which came true like bright daylight; and then the love of seclusion was bestowed upon him. He used to go in seclusion in the cave of Hira where he used to worship Allah alone continuously for many days before his desire to see his family. He used to take with him the journey food for the stay and then come back to his wife Khadija to take his food likewise again till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him and asked him to read. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL replied; I do not know how to read. The Prophet SAWSYMBOL added; The angel caught me forcefully and pressed me so hard that I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read and I replied; I do not know how to read. Thereupon he caught me again and pressed me a second time till I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read but again I replied; I do not know how to read or what shall I read ? Thereupon he caught me for the third time and pressed me; and then released me and said; Read in the name of your Lord; who has created all that exists ; created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous. 96.1; 96.2; 96.3 Then Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL returned with the Inspiration and with his heart beating severely. Then he went to Khadija bint Khuwailid and said; Cover me! Cover me! They covered him till his fear was over and after that he told her everything that had happened and said; I fear that something may happen to me. Khadija replied; Never! By Allah; Allah will never disgrace you. You keep good relations with your kith and kin; help the poor and the destitute; serve your guests generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones. Khadija then accompanied him to her cousin Waraqa Bin Nawfal Bin Asad Bin Abdul Uzza; who; during the pre-Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the writing with Hebrew letters. He would write from the Gospel in Hebrew as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had lost his eyesight. Khadija said to Waraqa; Listen to the story of your nephew; O my cousin! Waraqa asked; O my nephew! What have you seen? Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL described whatever he had seen. Waraqa said; This is the same one who keeps the secrets angel Gabriel whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out. Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL asked; Will they drive me out? Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said; Anyone man who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should remain alive till the day when you will be turned out then I would support you strongly. But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6059
#Narrated Aisha: Allah Messenger SAWSYMBOL said; If anyone of you feels drowsy while praying he should go to bed sleep till his slumber is over because in praying while drowsy one does not know whether one is asking for forgiveness or for a bad thing for oneself. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6268
#Aisha narrated: Allah Messenger would pray Subh at such time that the women would leave after the prayer - AlAnsarI one of the narrators said - the women would pass by wrapped in their Mirts and they would not be recognizable due to the darkness. And Qutaibah said: covered. instead of wrapped. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-11027
