SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3686		Jarir Bin Abdullah narrated: There was a house called Dhu AlKhalasa in the Pre-lslamic Period and it was also called AlKaba AlYamaniya or AlKaba AlShamiya. Allah Messenger ﷺ said to me; Will you relieve me from Dhu AlKhalasa? So I left for it with 150 cavalrymen from the tribe of Ahmas and then we destroyed it and killed whoever we found there. Then we came to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him about it. He invoked good upon us and upon the tribe of Ahmas. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4686		Narrated Jarir: Allah Messenger ﷺ s said to me; Will you relieve me from Dhu AlKhalasa? Dhu AlKhalasa was a house of an idol belonging to the tribe of Khatham called AlKaba AlYama-niya. So; I proceeded with one hundred and fifty cavalry men from the tribe of Ahmas; who were excellent knights. It happened that I could not sit firm on horses; so the Prophet ﷺ ; stroke me over my chest till I saw his finger-marks over my chest; he said; O Allah! Make him firm and make him a guiding and rightly guided man. Jarir proceeded towards that house; and dismantled and burnt it. Then he sent a messenger to Allah Apostle informing him of that. Jarir messenger said; By Him Who has sent you with the Truth; I did not come to you till I had left it like an emancipated or gabby camel i.e. completely marred and spoilt. Jarir added; The Prophet ﷺ asked for Allah Blessings for the horses and the men of Ahmas five times. Dhu AlKhalasa was a house where the tribe of Khatham used to stay; and it used to be called Kabat AlYamaniya. So I proceeded with one hundred-and-fifty men from the tribe of Ahmas who were good cavalry. I informed the Prophet ﷺ that I could not sit firm on horses; so he stroke me on the chest with his hand and I noticed his finger marks on my chest. He invoked; O Allah! Make him firm and a guiding and rightly-guided man. Jarir set out towards that place; dismantled and burnt it; and then sent the good news to Allah Messenger ﷺ. The messenger of Jarir said to Allah Messenger ﷺ. O Allah Apostle! By Him Who has sent you with the Truth; I did not come to you till it i.e. the house had been turned black like a scabby camel covered with tar. So the Prophet ﷺ invokes Allah to Bless the horses of the men of Ahmas five times. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-6687		Narrated Qais: Jarir said Allah Messenger ﷺ said to me; Wont you relieve me from Dhu AlKhalasa? I replied; Yes; I will relieve you. So I proceeded along with one-hundred and fifty cavalry from Ahmas tribe who were skillful in riding horses. I used not to sit firm over horses; so I informed the Prophet ﷺ of that; and he stroke my chest with his hand till I saw the marks of his hand over my chest and he said; O Allah! Make him firm and one who guides others and is guided on the right path. Since then I have never fallen from a horse. Dh All-Khulasa was a house in Yemen belonging to the tribe of Khatham and Bajaila; and in it there were idols which were worshipped; and it was called AlKaba. Jarir went there; burnt it with fire and dismantled it. When Jarir reached Yemen; there was a man who used to foretell and give good omens by casting arrows of divination. Someone said to him. The messenger of Allah Messenger ﷺ is present here and if he should get hold of you; he would chop off your neck. One day while he was using them i.e. arrows of divination ; Jarir stopped there and said to him; Break them i.e. the arrows and testify that None has the right to be worshipped except Allah; or else I will chop off your neck. So the man broke those arrows and testified that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah. Then Jarir sent a man called Abu Artata from the tribe of Ahmas to the Prophet to convey the good news of destroying Dhu AlKhalasa. So when the messenger reached the Prophet; he said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! By Him Who sent you with the Truth; I did not leave it till it was like a scabby camel. SahihMuslim-017-001-20774		Jabir reported that there was in pre-Islamic days a temple called Dhu AlKhalasa and it was called the Yamanite Kaba or the northern Kaba. Allah Messenger ﷺ said unto me: Will you rid me of Dhu AlKhalasa and so I went forth at the head of 350 horsemen of the tribe of Ahmas and we destroyed it and killed whomsoever we found there. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-29338		Narrated Sakhr Ibn AlAyla AlAhmasi: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ raided Thaqif. When Sakhr heard this; he proceeded on his horse along with some horsemen to support the Prophet ﷺ. He found the Prophet of Allah ﷺ had returned and he did not conquer Taif. On that day Sakhr made a covenant with Allah and had His protection that he would not depart from that fortress until they the inhabitants surrendered to the command of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He did not leave them until they had surrendered to the command of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Sakhr then wrote to him: To proceed: Thaqif have surrendered to your command; Messenger of Allah; and I am on my way to them. They have horses with them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then ordered prayers to be offered in congregation. He then prayed for Ahmas ten times: O Allah; send blessings the horses and the men of Ahmas. The people came and Mughirah Ibn Shubah said to him: Prophet of Allah; Sakhr took my paternal aunt while she embraced Islam like other Muslims. He called him and said: Sakhr; when people embrace Islam; they have security of their blood and property. Give back to Mughirah his paternal aunt. So he returned his aunt to him and asked the Prophet of Allah ﷺ : What about Banu Sulaym who have run away for fear of Islam and left that water? He said: Prophet of Allah; allow me and my people to settle there. He said: Yes. So he allowed him to settle there. Banu Sulaym then embraced Islam; and they came to Sakhr. They asked him to return their water to them. But he refused. So they came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: Prophet of Allah; we embraced Islam and came to Sakhr so that he might return our water to us. But he has refused. He the Prophet then came to him and said: When people embrace Islam; they secure their properties and blood. Return to the people their water. He said: Yes; Prophet of Allah. I saw that the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was reddening at that moment; being ashamed of taking back from him the slave-girl and the water.
